Incorporated in 2011, Pensive Ibis S.p.A started as a project development and investment banking business focused on energy, infrastructure, mining and technology in emerging Asian markets.
Today Pensive Ibis S.p.A and its affiliated entities are the investment offices of the founders with interests in energy, technology and technology driven impact investments.
The business also acts as the European representative of an Asian entrepreneur with responsibility for sourcing and evaluating primary and secondary investments in venture capital and private equity. Chief sectors of interest are consumer tech (DNVBs and DTC businesses), fintech, healthcare, enterprise SaaS (analytics, cybersecurity, backoffice automation), and opportunistic real-estate. The family invests both directly and through highly differentiated fund vehicles.
